Welcome to Berkshire Animal Chiropractic
Just like humans, animals can experience a range of musculoskeletal imbalances that affect their comfort, mobility, and overall performance. These issues often arise from subtle changes in joint alignment, soft tissue tension, or biomechanical stress - and the underlying causes can sometimes be difficult to pinpoint.
Animal chiropractic care focuses on assessing and addressing these dysfunctions to restore optimal movement and balance within the musculoskeletal system. By improving the function of joints, muscles, and connective tissues, chiropractic treatment supports the body’s natural ability to heal and maintain stability.
A central aspect of this approach is its emphasis on the nervous system, which plays a critical role in coordinating movement, regulating physiological functions, and ensuring effective communication throughout the body. Enhancing neurological function through gentle, targeted adjustments can contribute to improved overall well-being and performance.

Meet The Founder - Dr Callum Baker
Doctor of Chiropractic and IAVC Certified Animal Chiropractor
Callum’s passion for chiropractic began when he accompanied his mum to the chiropractor following a fall from a horse. Seeing the impact that chiropractic had on his mum’s health inspired him to go into the field himself, and he quickly realised he could combine this passion of chiropractic with his life long love of animals. Growing up with working dogs and riding horses, Callum has first hand experience with animals and the benefits great chiropractic care can have on animals and their owners.
Callum most commonly sees equine and canine animals, but has also worked with ferrets, alpacas, cats and even took part in an animal chiropractic research study on chickens!
